Genuine and compassionate service

The staff (James & Georgia) are both extremely welcoming, friendly and accommodating. I can’t remember the last time I was greeted so genuinely at a hotel.

The location is perfect, next to the shops.

The hotel is clean.

But the best aspect so far undoubtedly has been the welcoming experience from the staff.
